James E. Christ, CLU
Jim Christ started in the insurance business in the early sixties with Massachusetts Mutual after graduating from Texas A&M University and serving in the US Army. He formed James E. Christ & Associates in the early eighties, which focused on providing services to individuals and small businesses. Some of the services provided are employee benefit plans and individual benefit planning, as well as executive compensation plans.
Since entering the insurance business, Jim has qualified for multiple national and local awards, both from the industry and several insurance companies. He earned his CLU and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He is also a member of the Houston and National Associations of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Jim has volunteered at Texas Institute for Rehabilitation and Research, was a board member at St. Agnes Academy, and was Chairman of the first Parish Council at St. Francis de Salles Church. Serving as a fundraiser for several organizations has also been an area of interest. He is married and has four children. The youngest, Rodney, joined the agency in 1990.
Throughout the past 40 years, one mission has driven Jim's business --
"to help you make a decision that is in your best interest."
